Customer Service Advisors - Solihull

We have exciting new opportunities for new Customer Service Advisors to join us in Solihull.

• Your main duties will be to receive incoming calls from customers, colleagues and external businesses, striving to achieve first contact resolution operating within agreed service levels.
• You will also be required to make outbound calls as necessary to ensure maximum customer sign up and prospecting new leads. You will be expected to update the computer system with accurate information and complete all associated admin work.
• You will be target driven which will be demonstrated by your level of leads. You will pro actively spot opportunities and have the ability to close deals.
