Team Leader - Pre Pay (Solihull)

We have a fantastic opportunity in our new Pre-Pay Department for someone looking for a new and exciting challenge.

• We are looking for a Team Leader who will join the department from the start of September and actively contribute and support productivity in order to meet overall business objectives.
• You will be accountable for delivery against an agreed mix of key performance indicators and deliver exceptional customer service including provision of leads to colleagues and lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets defined by new customers to the business and the cross selling of existing products.
• You will be expected to build, develop and motivate a high performing team committed to achieving success through each other.
• The ideal person will have excellent interpersonal skills with previous people management experience and be used to working in a target driven sales environment. Previous experience in a front line financial services or customer services role is a must and a proven background of performance management and coaching is essential.
