Our Prepaid Bank Account puts customers back in control of their finances without the worries of going overdrawn. You will be working within the growing front and back office teams to deliver high levels of customer service. The job will involve making outbound calls to follow up any leads and maximise customer sign up. You must be target driven and have the ability to proactively spot opportunities.
Motor Finance is the fastest growing department at Moneyway – This varied role looks after all aspects of the motor finance journey, from dealing with applications to paying out the deals. You will have daily conversations with customers, motor dealers/brokers and our own on the road sales team.
Our direct lending business has grown dramatically during 2010 and we currently have vacancies within our Front Office team. The main role of the job is to process applications for loans from a variety of sources. The job is individually target driven with employees given a sales target monthly and then asked to own their performance against these targets and a number of other key performance indicators.

Above all, appropriate candidates would be ‘a natural’ with people both face-to-face and via the telephone, a good listener who can ask the right questions, get a thorough understanding of what the customer needs as well as building rapport and be willing to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
