Our People

Initiative is important, as is teamwork and customer service skills! Ideal candidates would need to be calm and professional with a positive outlook as well as being computer literate. Above all, appropriate candidates would be ‘a natural’ with people both face-to-face and via the telephone, a good listener who can ask the right questions, get a thorough understanding of what the customer needs as well as building rapport and be willing to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
