JF1 - Customer Advisor - Moneyfreedom (Solihull)

We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Moneyfreedom team. The main objective of the Moneyfreedom team is to work with customers to empower them to take control of their debts and help them through a difficult time, giving them the support and guideance they need. If you are the kind of person who can diagnose problems and negotiate with creditors on our customers behalf this could be the job for you.

Your main duties will be to:
  • Identify debt management customers from our OneBill product base
  • Validate hotkey phone leads from relevant customer service areas and other departments
  • Talk to customers about their debt and help them take control
  • Receive and deal with enquiries, including diagnosing problems and providing accurate information, referring where appropriate
  • Negotiating with creditors on our customer's behalf
  • Ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Identifying areas within the system/process that can be more efficient
  • Ad hoc back office tasks as and when required
