JF1 - Customer Advisor - Moneyfreedom (Solihull)
Your main duties will be to:
- Identify debt management customers from our OneBill product base
- Validate hotkey phone leads from relevant customer service areas and other departments
- Talk to customers about their debt and help them take control
- Receive and deal with enquiries, including diagnosing problems and providing accurate information, referring where appropriate
- Negotiating with creditors on our customer's behalf
- Ensuring accuracy at all times
- Identifying areas within the system/process that can be more efficient
- Ad hoc back office tasks as and when required
