Q. How long do I have to be trading before I can apply for a facility?

A. We need to see 12 months accounts before we can consider an application

Q. Do you only offer finance on Cycles and Musical Instruments?

A. No, we specialise in offering finance in niche markets, however, we are happy to speak to any retailer that would like to discuss setting up a facility with us

Q. Do I need a Consumer Credit Licence?

A. Yes, you must have at least category C, however, we are happy to review an application from you before you apply for your licence

Q. Do I need to have a minimum finance turnover?

A. No, we are keen to support small independent retailers as well as larger retailers, all we ask is that your business is established, you are trading from a retail premises and you have a healthy balance sheet with a positive net worth

Q. How much do you charge?

A. Rates are volume and retailer dependent, your Account Manager will discuss our finance packages with you to find the package that works for your business

Q. Can I sell finance online?

A. Yes, in fact, we have developed, in conjunction with Pay4Later, an e-signature solution to make selling finance online easier for both you and your customers.  Click on the Retail Finance tab for more information
