Debit card
Why not use our simple automated service on 0121 693 9102 which is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Alternatively just call our helpful Customer Service team during office hours and pay over the telephone on 0845 245 0000.

Post Office/ PayZone card
When you join, we give you a special payment card that you can use at any Post Office or at thousands of PayZone outlets (look out for stickers in the window).

Weekly or monthly Direct Debit
Set up a weekly or monthly Direct Debit from your bank account. We can make sure it comes out at the best time to suit you.

Pay in person
Just pop into any branch. The friendly team will always be happy to help you.
