Once again, we give you choice so that you can find the way that suits you. You can also decide whether to pay weekly or monthly - the option is yours.

Debit card

Just call our Customer Service team during office hours and pay over the phone on 0845 245 0000*. Out of hours, we offer a straightforward automated service.

*Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality and training purposes.

Post Office/ PayZone card

When you join, we give you a special payment card that you can use at any Post Office or at thousands of PayZone outlets (look out for stickers in the window).

Weekly or monthly Direct Debit

Set up a weekly or monthly Direct Debit from your bank account. We can make sure it comes out at the best time to suit you.

Pay in person

Just pop into any branch. The friendly team will always be happy to help you.
