Once you've made up your mind and signed up, we'll agree all
the bills and set everything up for you. About 4 days before the
agreed date of your first payment, you'll receive full details of
your account in the post. We call it your Welcome Pack. It will show
you the schedule, which outlines the household bills we'll help
you pay. It will show what date we begin. And it'll confirm how
much you'll pay weekly or monthly.
It's important. So it needs checking thoroughly. After all, we
want to make sure you're happy with every detail. And that all
account and reference numbers are correct.
