Customer Service Advisors

We are looking to recruit for the following areas:

Customer Advisor - Customer Services - Fulltime

To provide customer service excellence to customers and non customers alike, receiving and responding to queries and requests over the phone and delivering against a range of performance targets. Experience within a customer focused environment is essential and a willingness to learn and develop within the organisation.

Customer Advisor - Outbound Sales - Fulltime

We are looking for motivated and target driven individuals, to action inbound and outbound sales calls, to existing and new customers, acting upon and generating opportunities to provide core and affinity products. Previous sales experience is essential.

Customer Advisor - Collections department - Fulltime

Taking ownership and resolving individual complaint cases in accordance with set policies and procedures and within the regulators complaint handling rules. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to provide outstanding customer service and able to work to tight deadlines.

IT Test Analyst - IT department - Fulltime

To verify, implement and support IT applications and Systems Developing test plans in line with documented requirements and specifications and Maintain system, application and database integrity.  Previous testing experience is essential, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Resource Coordinator Role - Operational Support - Fulltime

To support Customer Services, Customer Support, Collections and Sales with capacity planning to maximise the levels of service we can provide to our customers via inbound and outbound activity. This role requires significant planning skills and an ability to make decisions on requests to ensure that various call centre targets can be achieved. Previous experience of working in a target driven environment is advantageous.

Application Analyst - IT department - Fulltime

To design, implement and support 3rd party IT applications and systems, working with 3rd parties and software vendors to implement systems. Creating and maintaining system documentation. Thorough understanding of Windows Server 2003/2008. Full software lifecycle knowledge. Knowledge of SQL 2005/2008. Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
