Verify your Direct Debit details

It's really easy to verify that the Direct Debit set up for your agreement is in your name. All you need to do is send us a photo (.jpg or .png) or a PDF of your bank statement.

The bank statement must show:

  • Your name – this can be first name and surname or initials and surname
  • Bank details – the sort code, account number and name of the bank
  • Your address – this must match the address we hold on file
  • The date – this must be dated within the last 3 months

The proof cannot be a:

  • letter from the bank
  • photograph of a screen
  • screenshot from an app or online

We can accept statements that:

  • are in joint names
  • are printed from the internet
  • have transaction information obscured
